David Russell is a seasoned improviser as well as an entertainment producer, director and performer. He is a founding member and now President of SAK Comedy Lab, and author of "Impossible is NOT a Word," a professional and personal development book, and creator of the Quantum Vision, a program to help you constantly and consistently move forward toward your goals, dreams and visions. Making the Impossible Possible
Dave comes from a background in entertainment, comedy, and improvisation and is eager to share his learnings and insights developed over the past 30 years performing, teaching and working with improvisers around the world.
Dave's motto is "Keep Moving Forward," and he shows and tells wonderful, fun, and exciting ways to make that happen - from the improvisers point of view.
He reveals how every choice you make - and your life is a series of choices - will either propel you forward, toward your visions, goals or dreams - or it will hold you back and inhibit you from realizing your visions, reaching your goals, or living your dreams
And just to add another layer of fun and enjoyment, this keynote can include live comedy improv performance featuring Dave and one or two of his improv cohorts from the SAK Comedy Lab, the comedy theater he runs in Orlando. He then offers simple techniques and skills to help correct those problems and get your script the "Green Light" into production (meaning make it happen in your life)

The process of Wastewater Treatment is interesting? Who knew? There's science, fun facts and humor in this inspirational and encouraging keynote – everything but the smell. And to top it off, it’s a great metaphor for managing the crap we have to deal with in our lives.
Life has its twists and turns. Along the way you'll undoubtedly have to deal with lots of crap. It just so happens that Mr. Russell had to do that for real as well as figuratively when he took a job at the Metropolitan Wastewater Treatment plant in St. Paul, MN to help pay his way through college. He learned some valuable lessons about life, dealing with day-to-day crap, and the fascinating process of how our sewer water is collected, treated, and returned to the area's water supply.
